Curious about pickling? Stop by the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette Demonstration Area to learn from the experts!

Big thanks to Giant Eagle for supplying the Demonstration Area with fresh, local produce, ingredients, and materials. The Demonstration Area is open Friday and Saturday from 12:30 p.m. – 8:30 p.m. and Sunday from 12:30 p.m. – 5:30 p.m.

The Pittsburgh Post-Gazette Demo Area is located on the North Shore side of the Roberto Clemente Bridge, near the information booth.
